Gower Barn Conversion

The Gower peninsula again. I do love the place, maybe i should consider buying this one with the amount of time i have spent there recently. Although at £640,000, who am i kidding. One day.

Here we have a gorgeous barn conversion in Llandewi, Reynoldston.

Lovingly restored and brought into the 21st century, the property is situated amongst a few other barns scattered within the same complex giving it a nice community feel. The property has an annex called "The Cwtch" which i did not have access to on the day but i've taken some external shots.

Lots of vaulted ceilings, beams and revealed stone action, with mezzanines and log burners. Large car parking area with a large flat garden with a raised section towards the boundary offering views over the gower.
